I have been passionate about cooking my entire
life, having grown up in the restaurant business. After
spending my formative years in the food business, I, like many,
tired of the late hours and infrequent days off. I returned to
school to complete my MBA and entered the world of high tech.

Through the many years in the corporate
environment I continued to hone my culinary skills, preparing
and throwing formal and informal dinner parties. I also whet my
culinary appetite by participating in a variety of wine & food
classes and collecting cookbooks. When the economic downturn
came along, I welcomed the opportunity to be downsized and began
following my true passion, cooking.
I am professionally trained by the American
Personal Chef Association and am a member in good standing. The
